Breakfast time at Ngala can be enjoyed in your room, on your balcony, on our terrace listening to the waves or under the restaurant tent.
Wherever you choose, it will be cooked and served with a smile.
To start your day, fresh fruits, hot bread and a selection of teas & coffee are served to your table. Freshly cooked mini croissants, pain au chocolates and pain au raisins and homely breads on the display next to homemade jams, cereals, cold cuts & cheese entice you. Local fruits squeezed that morning with the infamous wanjo or baobab juices give a healthy start.
Once tasted the “Akara” is a daily must. If you do wish something more traditional, then your individual request will be cooked in the restaurant, with that smile.
