BIJILO PARK

BIJILO PARK

There is a good reason as to why this national nature reserve of some 50 hectares also goes by the name of monkey forest. Because it’s the home to both the Western Red Colobus Monkey, a four-fingered shy creature, as well as the Green Velvet monkey, a friendly species that will be happy to approach you. Spotting monkeys here is 100% guaranteed. On top of that Bijilo is a great place to enjoy colorful bird life, beautiful plants like the towering silk cotton tree, and nice forest walks.
