At Ngala Lodge restuarant, whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, chef Assan’s gastronomic motto is pretty straightforward: to dream up meals according to what is fresh and available, last-minute cooked to order while keeping up the highest possible quality standards. Meat so soft and tender it melts in the mouth, freshly caught fish, locally produced vegetables, garden-grown herbs and home-made deserts, accompanied by a perfect glass of wine, guarantees a pampering experience that satisfies the taste buds of carnivores, pescotarians, vegetarians, vegans and those with a sweet tooth alike.

The breakfast buffet is an abundant delight of fresh fruits, a variety of hot breads, cakes and homemade spreads, juices, tea and coffee, while a choice of eggs or one of the daily specials can be ordered to start the day extra energetic. Lunch is served according to an extensive lunch menu, supplemented by a range of dishes of the day, like a special fish freshly caught that morning.
